You will not be disciplined for reporting a safety concern, hazard, near miss or event in good faith. Reports can be anonymous. Our policy (49 CFR 673.23(b) requires it to describe the behaviors that may result in disciplinary action) does not protect: illegal acts; willful or intentional disregard of safety rules or regulations; or actions that are deliberately unsafe. Retaliation against anyone who reports is not allowed.
